Our story starts many years ago. I (Heidi) grew up on a small farm, like my mom, and grandma, and her grandma. From generation to generation, skills beneficial to the homesteading lifestyle have been passed down. Things like sewing your own clothes, baking a loaf of bread, animal husbandry, gardening...this is just part of the life we know and love. In the fall of 2022, I quit my job building custom kitchens, and became a full time homemaker. It didn’t take me long to realize I needed to fill my extra time! And I landed on this. I could share with you the things that make my homemaking enjoyable. My goal is for you to join me in the journey of slow living that can happen when, instead of following the rush to do more and be more, you slip on an apron and get your hands in some bread dough, or go cut some flowers that you grew yourself. Or, spend an hour in the morning reading a good book, or journaling, sipping a cup of coffee. My mom and sister help me create the pieces we offer you, and we do our best to bring you sustainable, clean home goods and functional pieces that will bring joy to your life!
